Matt Webber joined the Phoenix Foundation as their Director of
Intelligence. His extensive DXS experience of mostly working special assignments in highly
volatile parts of the world made him a perfect choice for the position.
Webber was promoted to Director of Field Operations, when Pete
resigned after an explosion during a project he was heading. MacGyver later found that the
explosion was part of an elaborate plan by Webber to execute his own private assault
operation against a visiting South American leader. |
